For our T-Bone steaks, our prime Scottish beef is dry-aged on the bone for 21 – 28 days, then carefully cut by our highly trained butchers. The T- Bone is a very generously sized steak, with a tender piece of fillet on one side of the bone, and a tasty, flavoursome piece of sirloin on the other. For optimum eating, and to ensure the fillet does not get overcooked, it’s best cooked to medium-rare so it remains pink and succulent. Just add some home-cooked chips and enjoy this real meaty treat!
